Just last month (4/2025), I had a windshield leak repair completed at the Elkhart In. location. Living in Va, I tried to find a local repair shop who could perform the repair. However I was not comfortable with the level of knowledge I found regarding our class A rig. I called RV Glass and set up an appointment 3 months in advance. I arrived the night before and stayed in their overnight parking with an Electric hookup. The next morning promptly at 7:45am the techs came out to discuss my repair. The tech was able to repair my leak without pulling or replacing the glass which was a much cheaper outcome. They had the coach inside their repair center for about 3.5hrs. The repair was excellent and I was so appreciative of the time the tech took to speak with me. I stayed an additional night in their parking lot to allow the sealant to fully cure before driving on the highway. I’m so glad i took the long trip to have RV Glass do this repair. Its what the specialize in doing.
I had the pilot and co-pilot stationary windows replaced due to fogging. I received a written estimate and was provided an appointment at the time and date I requested. When I delivered my Coach they were ready for me and ready to go to work. I had a family emergency come up and requested they expedite the service. Due to having to custom cut the glass at another location this repair was expected to take four to six weeks. Not unusual with RV repairs. The Customer Service Rep worked with me on this issue by coordinating the work between two distant locations. My Coach was repaired and back to me in 11 days. Repair Quality-Excellent Repair Timeliness- Excellent Customer Service – Outstanding. Overall Experience exceeded my expectations and far exceeded similar experiences at other RV repair facilities!!!!!
Dropped of my motorhome in the morning and asked them to hid the keys in a spot and they did exactly what I asked. Windshield job was fantastic and on the way home it started pouring and no leaks. Had a red stain on the dash I could not get out and I picked it up and the stain was gone. They went above and beyond. Class act company. Highly recommend this company for Windshield replacement.
